Absolutely delighted with our LVT flooring, the team have done an amazing job in transforming our living room to a professionally high standard. Everyone we worked with gave us an outstanding service: from the back and forth emails with Eleanor to the flooring installation by Chris and Jordan.We had BerryAlloc Laminate flooring put down on most of our ground floor. At every step the team worked with us to keep within our budget and needs. Especially of note was the quality of their assistance in helping us find the right product and the exact work to be done.Chris and Jordan were an absolute pleasure; they're extremely knowledgeable and even gave us many tips and tricks to help out with our non-flooring related DIY work. They truly went above and beyond helping us solve our own houses problems all while delivering a top-tier service. Speaking of the service they have really distinguished themselves for their skill and craftsmanship. I also expect work like this to leave a mess but they left the house immaculate, honestly even cleaner than when they started. We had LVT flooring throughout our downstairs and the finished job is excellent! This is a family run business with great customer service. Helpful throughout the whole process (which was hard work due to our bad existing floor issues!) Would recommend this company as one to trust.

We had oak floor installed in the lounge and hallway. Carpet in the master bedroom and flooring in the kitchen. All the flooring is excellent quality.The carpet fitter was so fast I , unfortunately, didn't get to meet him, however, a marvelous job was done thankyou!Chris & Jordan, are a double act, in working together and the friendship they obviously have.Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Top quality work by both.From showroom to fitting I would recommend Flooring Mill @ Clipstone

The service that we received was exemplary from the moment that we walked into the showroom. Darrin was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, talking us through the whole process and product types to help us make our decision. When the work was being carried out by Chris and Jordan, we couldn't have wished for better workmen to be in our home, they were both professional and considerate, nothing was too much trouble for them which was a blessing considering we have a three month old baby at home! The flooring has really made our house feel like a home again due to the quality of the products and the service we received from all the staff, who are a credit to the company!

I had a quickstep laminate floor supplied and fitted by this company. The fitting team were very polite and tidy. A great bunch of guys, they were very hard working and the attention to detail and the service I received was the best in the town after trying other local firms. I would definitely recommend them as the best local firm around. I had an all round great experience. I will be using them again and recommending to family and friends. 5 stars from me!

From start to finish the service was first class. The quote was clear and detailed. For my new house, I have arranged for kitchen, stairs and living room. Second flooring company who doing bedrooms, liked stairs work too. When people come to fix snagging issues, each of them first sentence was "who did these nice stairs". Almost 1 month passed, no issues. Thanks everyone

We cannot recommend these guys enough. Our whole journey from selection to completion was absolutely amazing.Helena in the shop invested hours to support us with our choice of flooring and was so patient. The fitters Chris, Jordan and Ryan were brilliant, going the extra mile, keeping us informed on a daily basis and were so friendly and professional. Karen kept us informed at every stage from a health and safety perspective and Darrin, who is an absolute subject matter expert, was able to support with any questions or queries about the flooring and underfloor heating.Above all, we are totally overwhelmed with the results, the floor is even more stunning than we imagined and fitted to the highest standard. Even the price was great .... these guys are 5 star plus.

Sorry for the late review as it's been a few weeks since I've had new flooring put down.People always tell you to get a few quotes 1st which I did but the 1st 1 measured all the flooring wrong and also told me that noway could I have new skirting under the stairs then wanted more moneyFlooring mill came out measured gave me a price that seemed reasonable a date to suit meEverything has been done to a high standard we are so impressed by the work 👏 👌 even got new skirting under stairs no problemJust want to say a massive thankyou to each and everyone at flooring mill for making my dream floor a realityWe will be back it's 🥰 perfect

We had oak herringbone flooring fitted througout the ground floor of our home by this company. From quotation and fitting to after service flooring Mill has been outstanding we are very happy with the floor and the quality of the product.We were so impressed with the team, Chris explained what they would be doing every step of the way. The attention to detail and care that the whole team showed was amazing. They are also a lovely group of young men who are an absolute credit to the company.We expected the process to be disruptive and stressful as we were having the majority of floors replaced downstairs however the job went much more smoothly than we expected thanks to their help, hard work, friendly attitudes, professionalism and lots of laughter.I honestly couldn't recommend them enough and definitely will be getting you to fit flooring for us when we get round to downsizing!Sent from my Galaxy

From the second we walked through the door at The Flooring Mill we knew we would be buying our new floor from here. Darrin made us feel very welcome, full of knowledge and detail, answered every question we had and at no point did we feel pressured into anything. All throughout the process we were kept fully informed of what was happening next. We had 2 site visits before any work was carried out. One to measure up and one to check on the sub floor to make sure all was in order. On both site visits again we were reassured that everything was fine and again all our questions were answered. When it came to fitting I can honestly say what an exceptional service we received. Chris and Jordan are simply brilliant at what they do. Attention to detail is second to none and nothing was any trouble at all for those 2 lads. We cannot praise them enough. I fully recommend The Flooring Mill and quite simply would not go anywhere else. If we could give a 10 star rating we would.

Where do I begin! From the moment I walked through the doors at tfm I fell in love with the shop, their many flooring options and most importantly their customer service. Friendly, laid back and a welcoming environment. I bought along inspiration and Karen showed so much interest and helped us find the perfect match. Darren was amazing at suggesting option that where perfect for our budget. I really appreciate that in this business. The guys who fit the flooring have great product knowledge to help you get the best look out of your flooring style. They have done an incredible job! The result is PERFECT its amazing to see ideas come together. Our house is now a home with stunning flooring. I love it so much and we will always be going to these guys for future flooring projects. Can’t thank you enough for making our house feel like a home, it hasn’t been easy (work, holidays and still being on a building site) but you guys made it easier for us, especially fitting in our living room carpet early in the week so we had somewhere to sit!From start to finish everything was completed professionally, the service has been fantastic and the carpets are beautiful! I am very happy with my new oak floor. I was given good advice by Darrin. The fitters did a good job - efficient, respectful and unphased by the amount of furniture still in the room. I have recently moved to a new house and am doing it up - dealing with contractors is on the whole painful and frustrating so it was good to find Darrin and his colleagues who were reliable and easy to deal with. Darrin knew exactly what I wanted to achieve in my new home and has delivered above and beyond.Karen has been so helpful with all the design and generally a great help all over.I was so excited to start the work, they have been so flexible and worked around my commitments and requirements with no issues! Thank you!They have an amazing team of skilled workmen.Dom and Ryan completed my Screed for me, they were so polite and considerate of my needs to still use my home. They advised me of the whole process and time frames from the off set.Dom and Ryan then came to start my LVT (I've had Distinctive, Herringbone - Treehouse, would recommend!).I can honestly say I've never met such hard working people, they arrived nice and early and powered through the whole day. Second day Ryan and Chris arrive to finish the floor and again - powered through. The floor looks amazing. The Flooring Mill have just completed the fitting of a new laminate floor to the ground floor of our house. From the initial contact with Darrin through to the finished job, the company have been very professional in their approach to the job. The team of fitters were polite, friendly and diligent in their work, and nothing was too much trouble for them to work around our needs. In these challenging times, they followed the Covid guidlines of masks and distance.I have no hesitation in recomending this company for the work they do and should we decide to add further flooring I would look nowhere else.

Quality service from beginning to end...Darrin and his team provided an excellent service from the start and we are very happy with the results. We found them to be excellent communicators both when quoting the job and when the team were on site to complete the work.As the work was carried out during the COVID pandemic (post restrictions being eased), they went the extra mile to come and view the job beforehand to ensure both themselves and our family could remain safe by practising social distancing. This demonstrated a level of care that gave a huge amount of confidence to us.The work itself (full room laminate, underlay and new skirting) is to the highest quality and I am so glad we used The Flooring Mill. All materials and debris was cleared away leaving everything as they found it.
